At Flex, I helped established a delivery and governance support portal called the SharePoint Help Center. My role was to design the user interface and pull together different training and support materials into one location. For new users, this is the first place to learn about what SharePoint does as a collaboration tool.

This is the starting point for SharePoint users who want to request a new site or are looking for training and support.
SharePoint users can watch training videos to learn how to perform actions such as creating a list, document library, or assigning permissions to a single item. The Microsoft Videos section is comprised of a Refinement web part and a Search Results web part that displays videos uploaded to an Office 365 Video channel.
SharePoint users can choose from the following self-service support options: Knowledge Base, Expert Community, Reference Manual, or open a ticket in ServiceNow.
